We basically looked at what you consume every day and how it affects your body. When you think about it, our bodies between 60 to 75% water, so water has to be the number 1 thing you improve. I was shocked to find out about all the rubbish that is in our tap water after further research and reading the DWI report.
I looked at every type of water filter on the market and all their pros and cons (have a look at our blog to see my findings). Eventually, I selected the BMB Technology water filters for their multi-stage filtering, reverse osmosis system, good output, the long life of the filter and – crucially – the fact that they have a Biocera antioxidant, alkaline filter included.
I can honestly say that three years on from installing our water filters we have never felt better. I don’t get those peaks and dips in health that I used to get, I’m just steady, healthy and I feel sharp. I feel so switched on and alive it’s like I’m running on a Pentium Gold Processor and before I was an Amstrad. Most importantly though, four years on, Dad is still with us and still fighting.
So, if you’re thinking about making lifestyle changes, wondering whether you should go organic or get those health niggles looked at or buy that water filter, my advice to you is just do it. Find the money, find the space to fit it and find the time to change your life – your body and your family will thank you for it
